Clouds...but not much rain

A big cluster of storms affecting Deep South Texas is throwing some high clouds east through SE TX and LA, but all the rain will remain west of Houston. The cold front is currently making its way into SE TX and Central LA with out much fan fair. It could spark a few isolated showers and storms late this afternoon and this evening but they should be brief. A little drier air will move in tonight.

A disturbance over northern Mexico will keep clouds over the area tomorrow and can't rule out a few showers. Most places will remain dry though. With the clouds and little drier air in place, tomorrow will not be as hot. The start of the work week looks a little hotter, but nothing out of the ordinary for May. Rain chances remain low. Enjoy the nice weather!
